Many of my friends are fans of my banana bread. I include a lot of pecans and top it with a lot of pecans. I always use the Paula Deen recipe. Here it is!
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix dry ingredients
- Mix butter, bananas & eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients into banana mix and stir in nuts.
- Bake 40-45 minutes.
